Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Ocean City, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
Our Flat Roof Repair technicians are trained specifically on membrane systems, not general shingle repair applied to a low-slope roof.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Ocean City, FL licensing for commercial roofing work.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.

We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
